| Our process is tailored to make it simple and easy for you.
Estimates/Quotes:
 We are happy to provide you with a written estimate/quote for your project. We ask that you provide us with a general layout or drawing. We will then send you back the estimation by fax, email, regular mail or by simple phone call, whichever you prefer.
Please keep in mind that all materials are not the same price and the price will vary according to the specific stone you select, the thickness and the edge you prefer.
Choosing a specific stone/color:
 Your selection of color/pattern can be much easier if you bring along, to our showroom, an idea of the cabinet color, the paint color and the floor color you intend to use. However, you may also choose to select the granite first and let that be your "jumping off" point. We will provide you with samples, wherever possible, to take home with you. Once you have made your selection, we will mark your slabs and hold them (if necessary) until the job is ready for measure and installation.
Sink Selection:
You may choose from our selection of granite composite, stainless steel, porcelain or metallic sinks. Click for more details. You may also provide your own sink.
Measure/Template:
When you are building new construction, it is appropriate to call us for measure/template only after all the cabinets to be measured have been properly installed. When remodeling an existing kitchen you may call for a measure/template at your convenience. It is not necessary that you remove the old countertops. It is our goal to measure your job within 48 hours of your phone call.
Once we have the measurements, we will send you a final quote in writing based upon your selections.
Upon acceptance, a 50% down payment deposit and signed confirmation is required to start the fabrication and set an installation date.
Our installation lead time is generally 7 to 10 working days from receipt of your down payment.
Fabrication:
 Your job is then turned over to our highly skilled and trained fabrication team for custom fabrication of each piece according to your specific layout/design.
Installation:
 On time delivery is paramount because your time is valuable. You can depend on the skill of our installers. Without skilled professionals at the install, even the best fabrication will do you no good. Our installers are all certified and have been doing this a long time. They understand how to make it all come together and finish it out to the last detail.
